Ik heb alleen 1 dingetje. Ik kreeg de limoenschil echt niet goed geraspt. Hebben andere daar ook last van? En sommige stukjes geraspte schil die ik er dus wel af kreeg met hard duwen, waren zo hard, dat het niet lekker was.

Hi Lia,

Zonder gelatine gaat de taart helaas uit elkaar vallen, je zou het met agar-agar kunnen proberen, maar het kan lastig zijn om hier een goed resultaat mee te krijgen.
